Pre Valentines Healthy Almond Muffins
Easy, Quick and Healthy Almond Muffins
What You Will Need:
*1 cup almond butter
*1 cup sliced raw almonds
*1 cup pure coconut milk
*2 cups shredded unsweetened coconut
*3 eggs
*preheat oven 400 f.
Preparation:
*Stir all ingredients in a bowl
*pour into muffins cups
*cook for 15 minutes
*remove from oven and let cool.
*once cooled enjoy =)
*perfect for a healthy snack!!!
A Quick Hearty Soup
Quick Hearty Chicken Soup
Things you will need:
*4 cups water
*1 3/4 cups Wolfgang Puck free rang chicken broth
*1 lbs skinless organic free range chicken breasts
* medium chopped white onion
* 2 tablespoons olive oil
*1 clove of garlic minced
*4 medium organic carrots cut into 1/3in. thick slices
*2 celery stocks cut crosswise into 1/3in. thick slices
*1 teaspoon kosher salt
*1/4 teaspoon black pepper
* 3 tablespoons finely chopped fresh parsley.
Preparation:
*bring water and broth to a simmer in a 2 to 3 quart saucepan.
*add chicken breasts and simmer uncovered for 6 minutes.
*remove pan from heat and cover until chicken is cooked through (about 15 minutes).
*transfer chicken to a plate and let cool (for about 10 minutes).
*while chicken is poaching, cook onion in oil in a 4 quart heavy pot, covered, over moderate heat, stirring occasionally until softened not browned (about 6 minutes).
* add garlic and cook, stirring, until fragrant (about a minute).
* add carrots, celery, salt and pepper and cook, covered, stirring occasionally until softened (about 10 minutes).
* Remove from heat.
* while veggies are cooking, shred chicken into 1/4 inch wide strips.
*when veggies are done simmering, stir the shredded chicken into the soup along with the parsley.
*once the chicken is added enjoy =)
*perfect for a rainy day and super easy to make!
*note: if desired you may also prepare brown rice or quinoa on the side and add as necessary.

A Simple Lunch
Recipe:
*Seasoned Brussels Sprouts (a little olive oil, a pinch of pepper and some granulated garlic)
*Two full leafs of Kale
*A package of Jennie.O's Ground Turkey
*One Egg
*A squirt of Ketchup
*A teaspoon Welches Seasoning
* A little Olive Oil.
Directions:
*Put ground turkey in a bowl
*Add the one Egg
*Add the squirt of Ketchup
*Add the teaspoon Welches Seasoning
*Mix all together
*Put a little Olive Oil in a frying pan
* Add the mixed meat
*Cook until slightly brown or all the juice is gone.
*On a plate prepare the bed of kale
* When the brussels sprouts are golden brown all them to the plate
*Add meat on top of the kale
*Sprinkle some Tapatio (for taste)
*And xoxoxo enjoy! <3

Scrambled Eggs In Bed
Recipe:
* 8 organic Eggs whites.
*Hand full of organic Spinach
* 3 leafs of Kale
*1/3 cup chopped Onions
* 3 cloves Garlic
* Hand full snap peas (cut)
* Bacon
* Tortillas
* Chipotle for taste
* Jalapeno
* Olive Oil
*A little crushed Pepper
* Made with a lot of love
* Enjoy <3
